    The definitions of series resonant circuit and parallel resonant circuit are interpreted as follows:


    1. If the components in the road are connected sequentially one by one, then the circuit is a series circuit.


    The characteristic is that the current flowing through one component also flows through another. In a series circuit, due to the fact that there is only one path for current, the current flowing out of the positive pole of the power supply will flow through each appliance one by one, and then return to the negative pole of the power supply. Therefore, in a series circuit, if one of the appliances is damaged or disconnected at a certain point, the entire circuit will become broken, the circuit will have no current, and all appliances will stop working. Therefore, in a series circuit, each appliance is interrelated, either fully working or completely stopping working.


    2. If the components are connected in parallel between the power sources with "head to head connection and tail to tail connection", then the circuit is a parallel circuit.


    The characteristic is that the current of the main circuit is divided into several parts at the branch and flows through various components in each branch. In a parallel circuit, the current flowing from the positive pole of the power supply needs to be divided into several paths at the branch, and each path has current flowing through it. Therefore, even if one branch is disconnected, the other branch will still form a path with the main path. From this, it can be seen that in a parallel circuit, the branches are not interconnected with each other.
