In recent years, with the rapid development of the power grid and the advancement of science and technology, the capacity of power frequency withstand voltage testing equipment is small, which does not meet the requirements of large electrical equipment withstand voltage testing. It has a large volume, high noise, complex wiring, and is difficult to carry. Therefore, in order to meet the development needs of the power grid, we use aseries resonance test deviceto conduct AC withstand voltage tests on the test samples. As the test is high voltage, we need to be very careful and pay attention to safety. Below are the precautions to be taken when usingseries resonancefor testing?
(1) We need to pay attention to on-site wiring: there are two testing lines that must use dedicated testing lines and cannot be mixed with other testing lines. One is the signal acquisition line from the voltage divider to the control host, which uses coaxial signal lines. The other is the insulated high-voltage line, which is a dedicated line connecting the excitation transformer and the bottom of the reactor. The characteristic of this insulated high-voltage line is to ensure that the line does not discharge to the ground, ensuring the safe operation of the entire system.
(2) How to choose a power supply: According to the device requirements, the power supply must be connected to AC220V or AC380V; C terminal connected to 220V power supply; 380V must use three-phase 380V, connected to the power supply input line of three-phase A, B, C; If 380V is connected to A, the C end may damage the instrument, so attention should be paid to the power supply.
(3) When the reactors are connected in parallel, the connecting ends of the reactors are suspended end-to-end and cannot be dragged on the ground to prevent ground discharge.
(4) Safe grounding: All grounding terminals on the instrument must ensure safe grounding. Especially the high-voltage tail of the excitation transformer is easily overlooked.
(5) In non emergency situations, the series resonance test device cannot be depressurized and turned off by cutting off the power supply. This operation is prone to damaging the instrument. Remove the wire after discharging with a discharge rod.
These are the precautions when usingseries resonance. When conducting high-voltage tests, the safety principles of high-voltage testing must be followed. Without confirming safety, unauthorized operation and use of equipment are not allowed.
