Recently, the Wuhan UHV after-sales service team received the invitation of Xinjiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey, Design and Research Institute to do after-sales service for a batch of equipment purchased.
Through the online meeting, a total of 17 people from both sides were online. Wuhan UHV technicians first made an overall introduction to the purchased instruments, and divided the instruments that can be tested on the spot, and after confirming the on-site test instruments, the technicians began to guide the instruments that can be tested in the room one by one.
The first is the ZGF series DC high-voltage generatorproduced by Wuhan UHV, the maximumvoltage can rise to 60kV, and the maximum current is 2mA, which can fully meet the DC characteristic test of 10kV zinc oxide arrester. When the DC characteristics of the zinc oxide arrester are done, the main attention is paid to the current reaching 1 mA, the voltage currently is the breakdown voltage of the zinc oxide arrester, and after pressing the 0.75 times button, the current displayed is the leakage current of the zinc oxide arrester. In addition to the DC characteristic test of zinc oxide arrester, the instrument can also carry out withstand voltage test on generators and cables.
After the explanation of this batch of equipment, colleagues from Xinjiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey, Design and Research Institute carried out on-site operation to ensure that every tester can fully grasp the use of the instrument.
After a morning of explanation, the after-sales officially ended. Colleagues from Xinjiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey, Design and Research Institute expressed their satisfaction and recognition of the video after-sales service team of Wuhan UHV.
